Hours
My home studio is by appointment only.
I'm open for personal contact by telephone from 9am - 5pm Eastern time
Monday - Friday except holidays, vacations, shows and teaching.
If I'm working in the studio and can't answer the phone, leave me a
message. I'll return your call as soon as possible

Shipping
I ship
via the USPS Priority Mail usually within 48 hours unless I'm away.
Special orders can take up to 8 weeks. I will email you with an expected
delivery date.

Returns
I have an unconditional
return policy and will accept returns within 10 days of the mailing
date and will issue you a merchandise credit. I am proud of my craftsmanship
but if you feel that an item did not meet your expectations for quality
please let me know.
